Floormanager - Eindhoven

Working @ Downtown Gourmet Market:

As a floormanager it's your job to run operations smoothly. You're the first point of contact for all the food concepts, our beloved guestst and most important: you are guiding your co-workers on the floor. Our location is a big one, located in the buzzing city centre of Eindhoven with over 500 seats. So it's key you have the overview at all times. And, with your experience, when a problem occurs you're the one with the solution.

• Hours are flexible, but we expect you to be available on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday once a week. We work with a weekly schedule.

About Downtown Gourmet Market:

Our gourmet market is an eclectic eating and gatherings sanctuary. Based in the centre of the number one design- and technology city; Eindhoven. A truly hidden gem for food-lovers.

We are present since April 2017. The market brings 21 individual eateries; chef driven or fast casual concepts, around a social hub and two central bars.

The hub is stylish and has an open seating area. The space is expansive yet intimate. We bring the outdoors indoors. Our patio is cosy, sounds of the city mixed with small talk and laughter. Be prepared for an international environment, both from our kitchens as from our guests. Your language-skills will be tested!

You bring to the table:

• A never ending enthusiasm for motivating your colleagues;
• A keen eye for customer satisfaction;
• Knowledge and experience in the food and drink hospitality business;
• Great communication and leadership skills;
• You live in Eindhoven (or closeby) and you're available for at least 16 but preferably 24 hours a week.
